Dr. Visbal is the best! She genuinely cares, has amazing bedside manner, and does great work! She made sure I was nice and numb before doing anything. She completed a root canal on my molar. I’m a dentist so I know first hand she’s the real deal!

I was referred on an emergency basis to Dr Visbal because of two abcesses! Although, I really dread dental procedures, I must say that this office did everything possible to put me at ease. From Joshua at the front desk who set up my appointment and welcomed me with a warm smile on my arrival, to Carlos the assistant who did my testing, X-rays and cat scans (with a gentle touch and thoughtfulness..offering me water or a trip to the ladies room since he knew I was nervous) to Dr Visbal…there was an abundance of professionalism and compassion. Dr Visbal is a “spit fire.” She is young, confident and enthusiastic but patient and kind. She answered all my questions and concerns and reassured me. She took time to review my X-rays and scans with me and explained very well what I need and how she will do the root canals. She instilled confidence in me . I will return on Monday for treatment with less anxiety but trusting that I am in capable hands. After I left, I learned from a friend who works for a dentist that her boss also refers to Dr Visbal.

Our 12-year-old son unexpectedly needed emergency endodontic care, and Citrus Endodontics was absolutely incredible every step of the way. Not only did they work quickly to get us appointments when we needed them most, but they also called daily to check on him and make sure he was improving. Eventually, he needed a root canal, and what could have been a very scary experience was made so much easier because of the compassion and professionalism of the entire team. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone was remarkable. Special thanks to Carlos and Jason for going above and beyond. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Visbal for her kindness, exceptional skill, and remarkable ability to help our son feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. Every person we encountered took the time to talk with our son, explain what was happening, answer our questions, and help him feel calm and cared for. There are many places you can go for treatment, but finding a practice that genuinely cares about its patients and consistently goes the extra mile is rare. We are so grateful for the exceptional care our family received and would wholehearted

I was extremely nervous as I am with any dental procedure, the staff was absolutely outstanding and made quite an effort to provide as pain free a procedure as possible. My dental emergency was scheduled promptly and I don’t think it’s possible to get better care anywhere else. It was impressive to watch the doctor and assistant work; more coordinated than a professional basketball ball team. Total professionals, I highly recommend. What a great team, I’m very impressed. Great job

I highly recommend Citrus Endodontics and Dr. Luz Visbal. She is an excellent endodontist—kind, compassionate, and clear when explaining diagnoses and treatment options. She takes the time to walk patients through imaging and ensures you fully understand your care. The office has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is professional and attentive. Carlos is especially helpful and friendly. Overall, a great experience and a practice I would confidently recommend. Comprehensive compassionate care. thank you so much 🙏❤️
